I found that many people around me are emotionally numb, unable to express their feelings properly and sometimes even engage in extreme behaviour. Through a psychological experiment, I asked participants to draw their positive and negative emotions on two pieces of paper and then weave them together. Most found the process relaxing or uplifting. I combined their ‘emotional healing work’ with the concept of a lighthouse (a symbol of guidance) to create a space for relaxation and emotional release.

Composition Process
Cutting and weaving the two emotions together allows them to accept the good and the bad as part of ‘me’, creating a unique web of emotions.
